The workouts at CrossFit Reborn are intense, highly effective and fun. Many of the movements used in our program are complex and take time to master. We believe that taking adequate time to learn these movements safely is paramount to your success.
There are four ways to begin your training at CrossFit Reborn.
Free Introduction class
During this hour long session we will discuss what your goals are and answer any questions you may have about the Reborn program, followed by a short workout which we will use to assess your current fitness level.

Foundations class
During this four week twelve session program you will learn all of the basic movements used in our group classes. Workouts start at a lower intensity and gradually increase as you progress. Classes begin on the first Tuesday of each month. Class space is limited to ten people per class.
Upon completion of this program, some athletes may be encouraged to attend our Lifting 101 class.

One-On-One
For those who prefer private sessions and individualized attention this is the best choice for you.
Testing Out
For athletes who are experienced with CrossFit, (Olympic lifting, Power lifting and gymnastics skills to name a few) you may be able to bypass our Foundations class upon completion of a skill assessment.
